Ecoeye Presented REMP Service Aligned with Local Needs at Climate Tech Exhibition |
---|
Ecoeye participated in the 2025 Gyeonggi-do Climate Tech Exhibition which was held over two days from April 15 to 16, and introduced its *Regional Emissions Management Platform (REMP) service in the Geo-Tech sector. In addition, the company presented the Gwangju Carbon Neutrality Support Platform, for which Ecoeye provides data, development, and maintenance services. This platform includes the UCMS (Urban Carbon Management System), Gwangju’s voluntary Greenhouse Gas trading system, and the Greenhouse Gas Target Management System in Public Sector.
During the exhibition, Ecoeye promoted REMP to carbon neutrality policy officers from local governments and affiliated environmental agencies. The company also gathered feedback from booth visitors to identify actual demand and assessed the usability of REMP’s services. Reflecting this feedback, Ecoeye plans to integrate services that effectively comply with the Greenhouse Gas Target Management System in Public Sector, while also exploring the potential to expand into carbon neutrality certification services targeted at the general public.
*REMP is a subscription-based service designed for local government officials responsible for carbon neutrality policies. It enables municipalities to track their GHG emissions, analyze progress toward carbon neutrality targets, and monitor energy and emissions data from buildings. These features support the development and performance monitoring of local carbon neutrality plans. In February of this year, Ecoeye signed MOUs with Daegu, Daejeon, and Jeonbuk, and full-scale service deployment is scheduled to begin in May.
